Define and execute innovative e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Utilize consumer behavior insights and market data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and brand positioning.
Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate e-commerce operations into the company’s broader business strategy.
2. Platform Management & Digital Optimization
Manage daily e-commerce platform operations, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.
Lead digital initiatives to enhance platform speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
Partner with marketing teams to refine product descriptions, images, and campaigns for maximum conversion.
3. Supply Chain & Fulfillment Excellence
Oversee the entire e-commerce supply chain, from inventory management to last-mile delivery.
Develop partnerships with logistics providers to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Implement systems to reduce waste, streamline inventory turnover, and mitigate stock-related risks.
4. Customer Experience Innovation
Champion a customer-centric approach by personalizing the online shopping journey.
Resolve escalated customer service issues and implement proactive measures to improve satisfaction.
Regularly analyze customer feedback to refine service offerings and build brand loyalty.
5. Performance Analytics & Reporting
Establish measurable KPIs to track platform performance, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
Generate actionable insights from sales data, traffic analytics, and campaign results.
Deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership with recommendations for continuous improvement.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
A proven track record of success in e-commerce operations, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations and international logistics is highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative approach.
A passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and staying ahead of e-commerce trends.
Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
